Here, you will find our Advent weekly devotional guide for individuals, families, small groups, and classes. You will also find information for our special services and events that will help you and your family welcome Christ into the world at Christmas.
Breakfast with Santa
Come to Wesley Church on Saturday, December 17th between 9:00-11:00 for a free, hot breakfast, Christmas crafts, and breakfast and pictures with Santa Claus.
This event is free. We encourage you to come and to invite others to join you.
Healing & Anointing Night of Worship
Feeling lonely, hurt, or broken during the holiday season? Is there any suffering in your mind, body, spirit, or relationships? Join us on Sunday, December 18th for a night of worship, prayer, and our United Methodist service of healing and anointing. 6:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary led by pastors Adam Shahan, Charlotte Teel, and David Croninger. Activity for children and nusery care available.
Dinner, Trivia Night, and Christmas Decorating
On Wednesday, December 7th, join Wesley Church for dinner at 5:30 p.m., a hot cocoa bar, Christmas ornament decorating, and a Christmas movie/carol/hymn trivia night.
Following trivia night, we will hang ornaments of special significance in the Sanctuary and prayerfully construct our nativity.
This event is free and you are encouraged to put together a trivia night team and stay afterward for Christmas decorating.
Christmas Eve Dinner and Candlelight Service
Join Wesley Church at 6:00 p.m. for a soup and baked potato dinner. At 7:00 p.m. we will gather in the Sanctuary for a service of candlelight and communion led by our pastors and musicians. The service will conclude with “Silent Night, Holy Night” and lifting our candles in celebration of the birth of Christ.
Christmas Day - "Slightly Spontaneous Christmas Pageant"
On Sunday, December 25th we will have no Sunday School or small groups and one worship service at 10:30 a.m. We will celebrate with Christmas songs and the “Slightly Spontaneous Christmas Pageant” as the whole congregation becomes a living nativity.
