HOMEGROUPS.

Serve Christ. Build Community. Grow in Faith.

HomeGroups are small groups of 6-10 people who meet for one hour, once per week to serve Christ, build community, and grow in faith. HomeGroups are not driven by curriculum, but rather by prayer and relationship building over time. Every HomeGroup at Wesley Church OKC asks the question “How is it with your soul?” Every HomeGroup engages in a group practice. It could be prayer, Bible reading, questions of spiritual accountability, or following along with a sermon series or Bible study. Every HomeGroup also engages in one act of mercy every quarter of the year, reaching out in a way that tugs at the heartstrings of the HomeGroup participants.

HomeGroups are guided by a facilitator and meet in homes, restaurants, and coffee shops. One of the greatest tools in the church for being spiritually healthy and growing as a follower of Jesus is participating in a small group. Our dream for Wesley Church is that everyone who calls Wesley “home” would be engaged in a small group.
